This is an excellent raw Italian cuisine! It is a small bowl of olive oil with a lil bit of salt, oregano and pepper (similar to italian bread dip) with sliced portobella mushrooms lining the side and a bit of parmesan cheese in the middle. Read more . excellent flavor Ingredients:
1 portobella mushroom |
1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil |
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese |
1 teaspoon oregano |
1/2 teaspoon sea salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Pour the appropriate amount of olive oil in the small bowl. 2. Sprinkle the oregano, salt and pepper on top and whisk slightly. 3. Slice the Portobella thickly from top to bottom perpendicular from how they would grow and line them along the sides of the bowl and lapping over each other. 4. Sprinkle Cheese on top! 5. Enjoy! |
