Portabella Mushroom Salad

The mushrooms can be made in advance and refrigerated until ready to serve. This is my family's favorite salad, and it looks beautiful.
Ingredients:
3 -4 portabella mushrooms
salt
pepper
olive oil
1 head romaine lettuce
cherry tomatoes
2/3 cup oil
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Directions:
1. Mushrooms: Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil.
2. Broil 8-10 minutes on low.
3. Dressing: Combine all ingredients and whisk.
4. Place lettuce, tomatoes, mushrooms, and dressing in large salad bowl. Toss.
