Simple, delicious, fast, low-cal and zero fat. What more could you want... Ingredients:
1 cup chicken broth |
2 garlic cloves |
3 tablespoons molly mcbutter |
6 ounces portabella mushrooms, sliced |
8 ounces fettuccine pasta, cooked |
1 red bell pepper, roasted and sliced |
2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled |
Directions:
1. Bring 3/4 cup broth to boil. 2. Add garlic and Molly McButter. 3. Add mushrooms and cook on high heat until liquid reduced by half. 4. Add cooked pasta, red pepper and remaining broth. 5. Sprinkle with feta cheese. |
