1/2 cup port wine |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice |
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger |
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender until thoroughly combined. 2. Marinade can be stored indefinitely in a covered jar in the refrigerator. |
