1/2 cup port wine |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated |
1 cup sour cream |
1 1/4 tsp. salt |
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. In mixing bowl, combine wine and butter 2. In food processor, combine cheese, sour cream, salt and cayenne and process until smooth 3. With motor running, gradually add wine mixture, blending until smooth 4. Store in airtight container and refrigerate 24 hours to let flavors blend |
