Rice porridge with 1% milk. You can serve it with butter, salt or sugar and cinnamon if you want. Add any dry or fresh fruits to make it even more delicious. Ingredients:
1/2 cup water |
1/4 cup rice |
1/2 cup low fat milk |
Directions:
1. Boil water, add washed white rice, and cook on low heat until water is absorbed (about 10 min). Stir a lot. 2. Add milk (warmed in a microwave), cook to boil, then simmer on low heat until the milk is dried up and its ready to serve (10 minutes for quick rice, 20 minutes for slow rice). |
