Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) jar roasted red peppers, drained and roughly chopped
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 medium onions, halved and thinly sliced
1/2 cup white wine
2 tablespoons capers, drained
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 lbs pork cutlets
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients, except pork, to crockpot. Toss to mix.
2. Top with pork cutlets and sitir to coat pork.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
