This dish is a common dish on table for malaysian Ingredients:
200g sliced pork (fatless) |
1 clove garlic (chopped) |
shredded fresh ginger(amount depends on you) |
1 tablespoon sesame oil |
1 tablespoon cooking oil |
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce |
1/4 cups of water |
Directions:
1. Heat the pan and put in sesame oil.(medium heat) 2. Stir fry the ginger until the fragrance appear. 3. Add in the chopped garlic. 4. Add in cooking oil then add in the sliced pork. 5. Stir fry until the pork is totally cooked. 6. Add in water to boil. 7. Add in the dark soy sauce to give salty taste and dark colour.(stir fry) 8. If it is not salty enough, u can add more dark soy sauce( will get darker colour) or some salt. 9. The dish is now ready to be served. 10. If you wan the dish to look good,you can garnish the dish with some chopped spring onion. |
