Pork Tenderloin with Caramelized Apple and Creme Sauce |

Fresh thyme, dry white wine, and carmelized apple give this weeknight dinner gourmet flavour. Ingredients:
1 (1 pound) pork tenderloin, divided into 4 |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
1 apple, chopped |
1 (10 ounce) tub philadelphia original cooking creme |
1/4 cup dry white wine |
1 teaspoon fresh thyme |
Directions:
1. Cook meat in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 min. on each side or until done. Transfer meat to platter; cover to keep warm. 2. Add butter and sugar to skillet; cook 2 min. until butter is melted and mixture is blended, stirring occasionally. Add apples; cook 5 min. or until golden brown and tender, stirring occasionally. Remove apples from skillet. 3. Add Cooking Creme, wine and thyme to skillet; stir. Cook and stir on medium-low heat 3 min. or until heated through. Drizzle over meat; top with apples. |
