Pork Tenderloin With Apricot Glaze |

You can also use this glaze with pork loin roasts, pork chops and chicken. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs pork tenderloin |
1/2 cup apricot jam |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar or 2 tablespoons cider vinegar |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Pat pork dry. 2. Combine jam, mustard, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. 3. Coat pork with glaze. 4. Place pork on rack set over foil-lined baking sheet. 5.
