Ingredients:
1/8 teaspoon(s) allspice |
1/4 teaspoon(s) cinnamon |
1/4 cup(s) dijon mustard |
2 tablespoon(s) honey |
2 tablespoon(s) orange juice |
2 pound(s) pork tenderloin-trimmed of visible fat |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325. In small bowl, whisk together mustard, OJ, Honey, Cinnamon and Allspice. Set aside. 2. Place pork on rach in shallow roaster. Insert meat thermometer. Roast for 30 minutes,or to 160 degrees. During last 10 minutes, brush with mustard mix. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before slicing. |
