85 g pork tenderloin |
1/4 red onion |
1/2 carrot |
1/2 green pepper |
1/2 zucchini |
1 button mushroom |
1/4 cup broccoli florets |
1 clove garlic |
2 tsp honey |
1 tbsp vinegar |
1 tsp olive oil |
1 tsp soy sauce |
1 tbsp tomato sauce |
1/2 cup white rice |
Directions:
1. Fry ingredients in pan untill cooked, add sauces. 2. In a separate pan boil the rice untill tender, and drain. |
