This is a bare-bones recipe that is easily adaptable to individual tastes by adding veggies, spices, or sauces Ingredients:
8 oz boneless pork chops |
1/2 red onion |
1/2 green bell pepper |
1/2 red bell pepper |
1 cup shredded cabbage |
1 tsp olive oil |
2 tsp soy sauce |
1 tsp chili sauce |
Directions:
1. Dice pork and veggies 2. Add oil, onions, and pork to hot pan and cook 2-3 minutes 3. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook 4-5 minutes or until pork is cooked through and veggies are crisp-tender 4. Serve wrapped in a lettuce leaf or over rice |
