Why is it that the simplest recipes always taste the best. This can be baked or barbecued. Ingredients:
8 pork spareribs |
1 (7 ounce) jar plum sauce |
1 green capsicum, sliced |
1 large onion, sliced |
Directions:
1. Place pork on a greased roasting tray. 2. Brush on plenty of plum sauce on both sides. 3. Spread vegetables over the pork and simply roast in the oven at 180°C for about 40-45 minutes turning once or until browned and caramelized. |
