Pork Sirloin Chops with Tomatoes Thorn |

Reminiscent of Swiss Steak but with Pork. Ingredients:
2 19/20 lbs. pork sirlon, lean |
20 oz. tomatoes |
2 tbsp italian seasoning |
2 tsp thyme |
28 grams. olive oil |
1/2 tsp johnny's seasoning blend |
7/20 tsp black pepper |
Directions:
1. Remove bone from Sirloin if necessary 2. Use kitchen scissors to cut the meat into 1/2 thick strips by 1-2 inches in lenght. 3. Combine meat and seasonings in stainless steel pan 4. Brown well, stirring occasionally 5. Add skinned tomatoes, cut up and mix in 6. Simmer at a rapid boil for 20-30 minutes, or until the liquid has been reduced by about half (should be thicker & creamier) 7. Serve hot over mashed potatoes |
