Simple recipe to prepare with great results. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs pork shoulder, trimmed of all fat and cut into 1 inch cubes |
1 cup water |
1/4 cup sherry wine |
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce |
3/4 teaspoon ground ginger |
1 teaspoon artificial sweetener |
Directions:
1. Lightly brown pork in a non-stick skillet. 2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour into slow cooker, stir well. 3. Stir in pork. 4. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. |
