Serve it as a sandwich or on toast as an appetizer. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground pork |
1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs or 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs |
1 1/2 cups milk |
1 1/4 teaspoons salt |
1 1/4 tablespoons pepper |
1 1/4 tablespoons cinnamon |
3/4 tablespoon ground cloves |
1 medium onion, peeled and finely minced |
Directions:
1. Cook pork until no longer pink, do not drain. 2. Add remaining ingredients; cook slowly for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. 3. Refrigerate until serving (preferably overnight). |
