Yummy! We love this recipe and it's pretty healthy too. Ingredients:
1/2 lb pork tenderloin |
1 garlic clove |
2 pinches ground black pepper |
2 pinches ground rosemary |
2 pinches ground sage |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Clean and trim all visible fat from pork. Cut meat into thin slices. 2. Saute meat in non-stick skillet until brown. Add seasonings and lemon juice. 3. Reduce heat and cook for an additional 8 to 10 minutes. |
