Yummy! We love this recipe and it's pretty healthy too.
Ingredients:
1/2 lb pork tenderloin
1 garlic clove
2 pinches ground black pepper
2 pinches ground rosemary
2 pinches ground sage
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions:
1. Clean and trim all visible fat from pork. Cut meat into thin slices.
2. Saute meat in non-stick skillet until brown. Add seasonings and lemon juice.
3. Reduce heat and cook for an additional 8 to 10 minutes.
