Ingredients:
2 cups diced pork tenderloin
1 medium tart apple, diced
1/2 cup halved red seedless grapes
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons chutney
1/2 teaspoon salt
lettuce leaf
4 plain croissants, split
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients; mix well.
2. Serve on lettuce-lined croissants.
