Pork Sage Sauce

Serve over pork cuts, grilled, broiled or fried
Ingredients:
2 cups white sauce (made with butter)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon ground sage
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Saute the onion in the olive oil until the edges begin to brown, then whisk in the white sauce.
2. Add teh sage and black pepper and bring the sauce to a low boil.
