A delicious German dish, easy in a Crockpot. Ingredients:
1 boneless boston pork roast |
1 (16 ounce) bag sauerkraut |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1 tablespoon caraway seed (optional) |
1 -2 onion, cut into quarters |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into crockpot. 2. Cook on High for 1 and 1/2 hours. 3. Switch to Low for 6-8 hours ( or more ). 4. Serve with Peroghies and Applesauce; or any style of soft potatoes. |
