Similar to a sloppy joe but the pork gives it an unique flavor. Ingredients:
2 pounds ground pork |
1 cup ketchup |
1/2 cup water |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
1 teaspoon salt |
12 hamburger buns |
Directions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground pork in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease. 2. Stir ketchup, water, vinegar, brown sugar, dry mustard, and salt into the ground beef; bring to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes. Serve on hamburger buns. |
