Ingredients:
all natural pam garlic flavor cooking and seasoning spray |
1 green bell pepper, sliced |
1 red bell pepper, sliced |
1 bunch green onions, cut into 2-inch pieces |
3/4 pound breakfast pork chops, cut into thin strips |
2 tablespoons cornstarch |
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can beef broth |
1 tablespoon chili-garlic paste |
hot cooked soba noodles or rice |
sesame seeds (optional) |
garnish: green onion fan |
Directions:
1. Coat a large skillet with cooking spray 2 seconds; heat over medium heat. Add sliced bell pepper and green onions, and sauté 3 to 4 minutes. Remove skillet from heat, and remove mixture from skillet; set mixture aside. 2. Coat pork evenly with cooking spray 5 seconds; toss with cornstarch. 3. Coat skillet with cooking spray 2 seconds; heat over medium heat. Add pork, in batches, and sauté 3 to 4 minutes or until browned. Add bell pepper mixture, broth, and chili-garlic paste. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 8 to 10 minutes. Serve over noodles, and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired. Garnish, if desired. |
