Use as an appetizer or finger food lunch, with fries or tots and cut up veggies Ingredients:
1 lb pork tenderloin |
2 eggs, beaten |
2 t. a1 steak sauce |
1 tsp garlic powder |
1 tsp onion powder |
1 tsp fresh ground pepper |
1 1/2 c. finely crushed buttery crackers |
2 t. olive oil |
Directions:
1. Combine egg and steak sauce in a shallow dish. 2. Mix crushed crackers with seasonings in another shallow dish. 3. Cut tenderloin crosswise into 1/2” thick slices. Pound slices to 1/4” thickness. Cut each slice in 4 pieces. 4. Dip each piece into egg mixture, then cracker crumbs, turning to coat. 5. Heat 1 T. of oil in a large nonstick skillet over med heat until hot. Add half of pork and cook 4 to 5 min per side or until browned. 6. Repeat with remaining oil and pork. 7. Serve with ranch, bbq, sweet hot mustard or sweet and sour sauce. |
