This recipe found on a 3x5 card from Pfaltzgraff. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oil |
6 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick |
1/2 cup onion, chopped |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup |
1/4 cup apple juice |
1/2 cup apple, chopped |
1/2 cup celery, sliced |
1/4 teaspoon thyme |
hot cooked noodles |
Directions:
1. In hot oil, brown pork chops and onion for about 10 minutes. Spoon off fat. Stir in soup, apple juice, apple, celery and thyme. 2. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over noodles. |
