This is a family favorite that we have been eating for many years. Ingredients:
2 cups dry noodles |
1 1/2 lbs pork, cut in 3/4 inch cubes |
2 onions, chopped |
2 cans whole kernel corn |
2 cans cream of mushroom soup |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook noodles. 2. In large skillet, cook pork and onions until pork is done. 3. Drain noodles, add to skillet. 4. Add corn, soup, salt and pepper. 5. Put in a greased casserole dish. 6. Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. 7. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes. |
