I normally used Rotel's tomatoes with green chlies for this recipe, but the store was out of them, so I picked up several cans of Rotel's Chili Fixin's. The recipe came out great and tastes much better. This is best cooked in a crockpot. Ingredients:
1 lb country-style boneless pork ribs |
2 tablespoons garlic-flavored olive oil |
2 tablespoons garlic salt with parsley |
1 (10 ounce) can rotel chili fixins tomatoes |
5 ounces water |
Directions:
1. Sprinkle garlic salt on ribs. 2. Brown ribs in olive oil in skillet over medium heat. 3. Place ribs in crockpot. 4. Mix water into chili fixin's tomatoes and pour over ribs. 5. Cover crockpot and set dial to low. 6. Cook 6 hours. |
