0.5 cup(s) olive oil |
0.5 cup(s) parmesan cheese |
1 pound(s) pork tenderloin |
salt and pepper |
0.5 cup(s) seasoned bread crumbs |
16 ounce(s) tomato sauce |
Directions:
1. Slice tenderloin and season. Dip in oil, then in crumbs and cheese. Brown onion and garlic in olive oil in iron skillet. Add chops and brown. Cover and bake 15 minutes. Add tomato sauce and bake 45 minutes. Serve with pasta. |
