Light, flavorful marinade. Makes a great gravy when cooked as well. Ingredients:
1 cup beef broth |
1/2 cup dry white wine |
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano |
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
2 tablespoons tomato paste |
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/8 teaspoon onion powder |
1 teaspoon prepared mustard |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients and pour over pork. Marinate pork 3-4 hours and may cook pork in the marinade. 2. ***I am sure this would be delightful over beef as well.***. |
