Ingredients:
1 lb pork liver, ground |
1 1/2-2 lbs ground pork (not too lean) |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix well. 2. Add salt and pepper. 3. Place in a loaf pan and bake 325 degrees for 2 hours or less. 4. Let cool in pan. 5. This freezes well. |
