Ingredients:
1/2 cup olive oil |
1/4 cup red wine vinegar |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/2 teaspoon celery seeds |
1/2 teaspoon dried whole rosemary |
1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage |
dash of pepper |
2 pounds lean boneless pork, cut into 1-inch cubes |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except pork; mix well. Add pork, and stir to coat; cover and refrigerate overnight. Place pork on skewers; reserve any remaining marinade. Place kabobs 5 to 6 inches from medium coals. Grill 40 minutes or until done, turning frequently; baste with reserved marinade during last 10 minutes. Serve immediately. |
