350 g flour |
190 g water |
300 g ground pork |
20 g onions |
2 teaspoons salt |
2 teaspoons pepper |
15 g oil |
Directions:
1. Mix flour with water. 2. Knead until smooth. 3. Roll out into 1/4 inch thick and cut into circles. 4. Mix meat with seasonings. 5. Place 1 tbsp in the center and fold upwards. 6. Fry on a skillet with oil. 7. Serve immediately. |
