Ingredients:
350 g flour
190 g water
300 g ground pork
20 g onions
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons pepper
15 g oil
Directions:
1. Mix flour with water.
2. Knead until smooth.
3. Roll out into 1/4 inch thick and cut into circles.
4. Mix meat with seasonings.
5. Place 1 tbsp in the center and fold upwards.
6. Fry on a skillet with oil.
7. Serve immediately.
