2 tablespoon(s) brown sugar |
2 tablespoon(s) brown sugar |
2 tablespoon(s) chopped onion |
2 tablespoon(s) flour |
2 tablespoon(s) ketchup |
1/2 teaspoon(s) minced garlic |
6 porkchops |
1/2 cup(s) sour cream |
Directions:
1. BROWN PORK CHOPS IN LARGE SKILLET. ADD 1/2 c WATER, BR SUGAR, ONION KETCHUP, GARLIC AND BOULLION. 2. COVER AND SIMMER 30 TO 40 MINUTES.(YOU CAN BAKE ABOUT 45 MINUTES INSTEAD) 3. REMOVE PORK CHOPS TO PLATTER AND COVER WITH ALUMINUM FOIL TO KEEP WARM 4. COMBINE FLOUR AND 1/4 CUP WATER, SLOWLEY ADD TO COOKING LIQUID IN SKILLET STIRRING CONSTANGLY. 5. COOK UNTILL THICKENED THEN STIR IN SOUR CREAM. 6. HEAT, BUT DON'T BOIL POUR OVER CHOPS AND SERVE |
