UUUM so good! Ingredients:
2 pork chops |
1 medium onion, thinly sliced |
1 cup water |
1/4 teaspoon caraway seed, crushed |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon dill weed, crushed |
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon parsley |
1/3 cup sour cream |
Directions:
1. Brown pork chops on both sides; drain oil. 2. Add onion, water, caraway seed, paprika, salt, dillweed and garlic powder. 3. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour, adding more water if necessary. 4. Remove pork chops from skillet; keep warm. 5. Stir sour cream into skillet, mixing with pan juices to make a sauce. Pour over chops and serve. |
