An easy pork chop dish is the perfect recipe to add to your weeknight rotation. Spoon the peachy mustard sauce over the dish for a taste of tangy and sweet. Ingredients:
4 (4-ounce) boneless center-cut pork loin chops (1/2 inch thick) |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
cooking spray |
1/2 cup peach preserves |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
1 tablespoon water |
Directions:
1. Trim fat from chops. Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray, and place over medium-high heat until hot. Add chops to skillet; cook 1 minute on each side. Reduce heat to medium; cook 4 to 6 additional minutes on each side or until done. Remove chops from skillet, and keep warm. 2. Add peach preserves, mustard, and water to skillet; cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes. Spoon sauce over chops. |
