Serve hot biscuits and Seasoned Fresh Green Beans with this easy main dish. Purchase biscuits from the grocery store or your favorite bakery. Ingredients:
2 (4-ounce) boneless center-cut pork loin chops (1/2 inch thick) |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 cup peach preserves |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
1 1/2 tablespoons water |
Directions:
1. Trim fat from chops, if necessary. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Coat a large nonstick skillet with vegetable cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot. Add pork chops to skillet; cook 1 minute on each side. Reduce heat to medium, and cook 4 to 6 more minutes on each side or until done. Remove chops from skillet, and keep warm. 2. Add peach preserves, mustard, and 1 1/2 tablespoons water to skillet; cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes. Spoon over chops. |
