Pork Chops With Mushroom Gravy |

This is a fast and easy to way to make pork chops that are tender and flavorful. I made this recipe with only 2 pork chops but it can easily be altered for any size family!!! Ingredients:
2 pork chops |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1/2 cup milk |
2 tablespoons oil |
flour |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in skillet on medium high heat. 2. Dredge pork chops in flour seasoned with salt and pepper. 3. Brown both sides of the pork chops. 4. Combine milk and soup in a bowl then pour the mixture into the skillet. 5. Allow gravy to reach a boil, then turn down heat to a simmer and cover the skillet. 6. Cook covered for 45 mins or until tender. 7. Serve over mashed potatoes. |
