Makes a great brown gravy. Ingredients:
6 pork chops (lean and thick) |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon accent seasoning |
1 (12 ounce) can beer |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of celery soup |
Directions:
1. Season pork chops with garlic powder, salt, pepper and Accent. 2. In frying pan brown pork chops. 3. Remove Pork chops and place in a casserole dish. 4. Add beer and celery soup to drippings in frying pan. 5. Pour mixture over pork chops and cook in a 350F oven for 1 hour. |
