Pork Chops with Bbq Peach Sauce |

Sweet and light Ingredients:
1/2 tsp salt |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
2 cups boiling water |
1 1/4 lbs pork chop |
3 cups peach |
1 tomatoe |
2 tbsp vinegar |
1 tbsp canola oil |
3 cups ice |
1/2 onion |
2 tbsp honey |
1/4 tsp black pepper |
Directions:
1. Place 1/4 cup brown sugar and salt, add boiling water. Add pork meat and refrigirate for at least 30 min. Puree peaches (frozen is fine), tomatoe, and vinegar. In the sauce pan pour oil, add onion and cook 5 to 7 min. Add peach, salt, honey and pepper and bring it to boil. Take the temp down and simmer so it can become glaze. Put some glaze on top of the chops and reserve rest later. BBQ chops. When ready, add the other sauce. |
