Ingredients:
4 (4) ounce(s) boneless pork loin chops |
1 teaspoon(s) butter |
2 tablespoon(s) dijon mustard |
1/2 cup(s) fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth |
1/4 cup(s) maple syrup |
2 tablespoon(s) milk |
1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper |
1 teaspoon(s) sage |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 teaspoon(s) thyme |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle the pork evenly with salt and pepper; add pork to pan. Cook for 4 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Remove from pan; keep warm. 2. Add broth, syrup, mustard, sage and thyme to pan. Bring to a boil, cook 3 minutes or until slightly thickened. Stir in milk, reduce heat to medium.
