Ingredients:
4 -6 pork chops |
4 tablespoons chopped green bell peppers |
1 cup soft breadcrumbs |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 can cream-style corn |
4 tablespoons chopped onions |
1 egg, beaten |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Brown pork chops; add salt and pepper to taste. 2. In a medium bowl combine all other ingredients and stir well. 3. Place pork chops in a baking dish and cover with corn mixture. 4. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. |
