This pork chop dish is quick and easy into the oven. Just a handful of ingredients make it even easier! Enjoy! Ingredients:
4 pork chops |
salt & pepper to season chops |
1 cup sliced red onions |
1 can cream of mushroom soup |
1/2 cup milk |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme (i don't measure...2 sprigs worth of leaves) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 2. Season pork chops with salt and pepper 3. In a 13x9 baking dish, add remaining ingredients. Stir until combined. 4. Place pork chops in the baking dish and coat with the mixture. 5. Bake uncovered for 60 minutes or until pork is completely cooked. |
