Pork Chops In Grape-Mustard Sauce |

Ingredients:
4 boneless pork chops, 3/4 inch thick |
2 teaspoons butter |
1 cup seedless grapes, halved |
1/2 cup light cream |
1/3 cup chopped parsley |
1 tablespoon dijon-style mustard |
1 tablespoon chopped shallot |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat butter in skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Cook pork chops for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until evenly browned. 3. Remove and keep warm. 4. Add remaining ingredients to skillet. 5. Cook over high heat, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens slightly. 6. Spoon sauce over pork ribs. |
