This is from the Diana Liu cookbook. I'm posting it here for future reference. Ingredients:
6 pork chops |
3 tablespoons oil |
2 green onions, cut into 1 1/2-inch lengths |
6 tablespoons soy sauce |
3 tablespoons sherry wine |
3 tablespoons sugar |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in frying pan until hot. 2. Fry pork chops for 10 minutes on each side with green onions. 3. Add soy sauce, sherry, and sugar. 4. Cover and simmer 10 minutes each side. 5. Serve hot. |
