Pork Chops & Hash Browns Potato Bake |

6 pork chops |
1/2 cup milk |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
24 ounces frozen hash browns, thawed |
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 cups french fried onions |
Directions:
1. Brown chops; sprinkle with salt and set aside. 2. Combine soup, milk, sour ceam, pepper and 1/2 t salt. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 cup French fried onion. 3. Spoon into 9x13-inch pan. 4. Arrange pork chops over top. Bake covered at 350*F for 40 minutes. 5. Top with remaining cheese and onions. 6. Bake uncovered for 5 minutes longer, or until cheese has melted. |
