I love pork chops and this is a great spicy recipe. Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon dried basil |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin |
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
4 boneless pork chops |
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce |
2 tablespoons oil |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1/2 cup chopped green pepper |
1/4 cup chopped celery |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients; rub over both sides of pork. 2. In a large skillet, brown pork chops in oil over medium heat. 3. Add the remaining ingredients. 4. Cover and cook 15-20 minutes longer, or until meat is tender. |
