Simple comfort food that reminds me of grandma's house. Ingredients:
6 pork chops |
6 tablespoons rice |
6 slices onions |
6 slices tomatoes |
6 slices bell peppers |
2 cups chicken broth |
Directions:
1. Brown chops on both sides. 2. Grease casserole well. 3. Place 1 T. rice for each pork chop in bottom of pan. 4. Place chops on rice. 5. Place slice of onion, tomato and pepper on each chop. 6. Cover with chicken broth; bake for 1 hour at 350. |
