This is the best way I have found to make wonderful, tender pork chops. Even people that don't like pork chops seem to enjoy this dish. Ingredients:
4 chops boneless butterfly pork chops |
2 cans green beans, drained |
2 cans cream of mushroom soup |
1/2 cup skim milk |
1/2 cup water |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425. 2. In a bowl combine beans, soup, milk, and water until blended. 3. Pour over porkchops in a large baking dish. 4. Baked at 425 for 35-40 minutes. |
