I love pork chops and I am always looking for different ways to cook them. Ingredients:
4 pork chops |
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
1 (8 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
2 tablespoons frozen chopped onions |
1/2 cup milk |
1/4 cup water |
Directions:
1. Brown pork chops on one side in melted butter in skillet. 2. Turn over and add the rest of the ingredients. 3. Simmer for at least one hour. |
