A baked pork chop made with a sweet paste, from Darlene Kossman. Ingredients:
2/3 cup brown sugar |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1 teaspoon sage |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
salt |
pepper |
1 1/2 tablespoons water |
6 pork chops |
Directions:
1. For the rub, mix the brown sugar, paprika, sage, dry mustard, salt, pepper and water together. 2. Spread on raw chops on both sides. 3. Put some paste on bottom of pan. 4. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour uncovered. |
